1. Shipping Overview | 配送概述

All products are shipped directly from our warehouses in the United States via international air freight. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. We currently ship to selected regions in Asia-Pacific. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates | 配送方式與運費

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order (including any free bonus items). The rate is charged per pound (lb), with a minimum weight of 2 lb. The exact shipping fee will be displayed in your cart before checkout. Shipping rates may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice. We reserve the right to offer free shipping promotions or modify shipping rates at our sole discretion.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and on your order confirmation. Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors including but not limited to: customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Please be aware of your local customs regulations before placing an order. For shipments to TW regions, goods valued under USD 65 (approximately NTD 2,000) are generally exempt from import duties; however, customs authorities may assess duties at their discretion. We are not responsible for any customs delays, additional charges, or seizure of goods by customs authorities.

Customs duty thresholds and tax regulations vary by country and may change without notice. It is your responsibility to verify the current import regulations applicable to your shipment destination.

5. EZWay Real-Name Verification | EZWay 實名認證

For shipments to TW addresses, recipients are required to complete EZWay (Easy Customs) real-name verification as mandated by local customs regulations. This is a mandatory government requirement for all inbound international parcels. During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide the following EZWay information: (a) your full legal name (as it appears on your identity document); (b) identity document type (National ID, ARC, or Passport); and (c) identity document number. This information is submitted to customs authorities solely for the purpose of customs clearance. Failure to provide accurate EZWay information or failure to approve the customs declaration in the EZWay app may result in delays, return of the shipment, or seizure by customs. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete EZWay information.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Items | 禁止與限制物品

Certain dietary supplements or ingredients may be restricted or prohibited from import into certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the products ordered are permitted for import into their destination country. We are not liable for orders that are seized, destroyed, or returned by customs due to prohibited or restricted contents. No refund will be issued for such orders.

7. Order Quantity Limits | 訂單數量限制

To comply with customs regulations and ensure smooth customs clearance, the following order quantity limits apply: (a) Per item: Maximum 12 units of the same product per order; (b) Per order: Maximum 36 total units per order. Orders exceeding these limits may be automatically adjusted, split into multiple shipments, or cancelled. These limits are in place to comply with personal-use import requirements and to reduce the risk of customs delays or additional scrutiny.

8. International Address Requirements | 國際地址要求

Please ensure that your shipping address includes all required information: full name, complete street address (including floor/unit number if applicable), city/district, state/province, postal code, country, and a valid phone number for carrier contact. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may result in delivery delays, return of the package, or additional fees. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete address information.

International shipments are subject to customs inspection and processing, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. In rare cases, customs authorities may seize or confiscate shipments for various reasons. We are not liable for any customs delays, seizures, confiscations, or destructions. If your package is returned to us due to customs issues, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include re-shipment (at your expense) or a refund less the original shipping fee. No refund will be issued for packages seized or destroyed by customs authorities.

We accept the following payment methods: (a) Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB); (b) Debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logos. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer may apply additional foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges.
